Use the arrow buttons:
The 'up' buttton turns the block, use the left or right buttons to move it to the correct place, the 'down' arrow button will to drop it into place. If you leave no gaps then each complete row will disappear.
You can choose how many rows and columns to play with, and which difficulty level you start at.
